Terms and conditions (Please read as by paying for your order you are agreeing to these T’s & C’s)
**Please note orders will only be processed AFTER payment is received in full – No designing or manufacturing is done before an order is paid for.
All orders need to be placed on our online store = We cannot take an order over the phone as there are lots of details needed including spelling, sizing, delivery details, etc that needs to be written down – PLEASE DO NOT PHONE US TO CHANGE ANYTHING ON YOUR ORDER – any changes need to be made in writing via Whatsapp or Email
>Everything is HANDMADE with love, we use our own creativity as well as your input – it will be GORGEOUS and made specially for you!
>Please keep in mind that every order is made individually – no two outfits will be exactly the same as they are hand made and NOT mass produced!
>A proof of your design will be sent to you before printing – if you need any changes made to the spelling, colours, layout, etc please let us know.
>The design will be printed exactly as you approve it and cannot be changed once it is printed.
>Printing colours do vary from screen colours and from print to print, this has to do with lighting, screen definitions and ink levels. This variable is a fact when it comes to printing and must be taken into account. Exact colours are not guaranteed and do not come out exactly the same every time.
>We print on bodyvests from Newborn to 24 months and White T-shirts from 1-2 years to Adults.
>Exact Neck lines (V-neck / round neck / scooped neck / etc), Cuts, Trims and Colours / Shades of Shirts, Pants and Leggings varies depending on what is available to us at the time you place your order and in the sizes you request
>Please keep in mind that we go to normal clothing stores and buy the size you have ordered and then we do the personalized printing on that item
– so every pair of pants OR shirt OR leggings will not be exactly the same as we made for someone else because we specially bought it for you and it depends on what we could get at that specific time you ordered in the colours you requested – Exact lengths and cuts of Leggings or Pants or Shirts may vary too
>Printing sizes – Our prints are designed to sit on your chest, NOT over the entire front of the T-shirt or bodyvest so that the design and their name is clear in your photographs and doesn’t fold around their bodies and tummy or go under tutus and pants. Printing sizes on Adult shirts are approximately A4 and the sizes go smaller according to shirt size for children
>Inspiration photos are welcome, but please keep in mind we will be using our own creativity and the materials available to us at that specific time so it will never look exactly the same as a photo – but we will use the photo to get a better idea of what you are looking for.
>As these are once off, personalized Items and we take our utmost care to give you a beautiful product – there are no refunds for personalized items, if you would like to make changes after an item is complete you will need to pay for another item and keep both items.
>If an item is faulty we will replace it free of charge
>Exact Colours and Textures and Patterns of Fabric and Ribbons vary depending on what is available, we take the utmost care to match colours – but slight variations are inevitable with custom made items
>Headbands are also individually hand made and can differ slightly from photos as it depends on exact flowers and ribbons and bands available at the time you place your order
>T-Shirts and bodyvests range in colour from Blue/White to Light Cream depending on what is available from stores at the time that you order
– THE EXACT SHADE OF WHITE DOES VARY – two shirts bought at the same time from the same shop can be different shades of White
>Everything is hand made with LOVE. Designing, sourcing of Shirts and Fabric takes time: Please give us 2 weeks (10 working days) from date of payment to complete and deliver your order
>If COLLECTING from us please note I am only available Weekdays between 8am & 1:30 – I am closed Weekends & Public Holidays
